Our Mission The goal of Old Line Title Company, Inc. is to be Maryland’s premier title company. Customer service is the core value of our business. But our priorities don't stop there - we also value diligent, quality clerical work. To us quality clerical work includes, but is not limited to:
Old Line Title Company, Inc. and all of the officers and settlement agents are licensed by the state of Maryland. Inherent in those licenses are certain guidelines that are required to be followed, and those qualifications must be adhered to at all times. Those state standards are the minimum by which we operate, but strive to accomplish an even higher level of performance. Additionally, there is a responsibility to our insurance underwriter. Our underwriter's best interest must be kept in mind at all times. It is imperative that tasks, like the recording of documents, are done in a timely fashion. Time is of the essence, but without exception, quality control must be adhered to. As our business world continues to evolve, we will continue to improve our quality and our system of checks and balances to ensure that all of our goals are met and exceeded.
